The bentonite dryer together with the flue gas desulfurization gypsum powder dryer and kaolin dryer is used to dry granular materials.
Processing capacity: 2-30 t/h
Application area: refractories, power plants, metallurgy, chemical industry, energy, transportation, heating.
Applied materials: coal, coke, aluminum, iron, iron oxide skin, toner, slag, gypsum, tailings, sludge, kaolin, activated carbon, coke, powder, scrap, waste.
The bentonite dryer together with the flue gas desulfurization gypsum powder dryer and kaolin dryer is used to dry granular materials. But it can also dry sticky, paste type materials or high water content materials by adding some materials. The two end covers of the bentonite dryer’s main engine is strongly sealed, which makes it energy saving and green and only consumes 30% of the power and 50% of the coal compared with the similar products. The dried materials’ indexes all excess the national standard.
The bentonite dryer machine or the bentonite drying machine/equipment is made up of the drum device, front and back ring wheels, feeding in and out devices, transmission engine and gear cover. It is applied to dry many materials such as kaolin, bentonite, cement, mine and grain.
